WE ARE TRANSPARENT

We only charge a fee for the days that the property is rented. Our goal, like that of our clients, is to obtain a high occupancy rate by offering the best service.
Occupancy = Income

WE ARE CLEAR

Our management has a cost of 25% on the returns that our clients obtain with each of the reservations.
No permanent contract, no small print.

WE ARE EFFICIENT

Once we have received the income from each of the reservations, we distribute the profits with the client. That is, the client receives 75% of the income and we receive 25%. We facilitate the invoices and the control of the reservations made.
